How Can I Close My Account?
To request the closure of your account, please send an email from the account-connected email address to support@betpanda.io. For security reasons, requests made via live chat cannot be processed.
 
What Happens to My Remaining Balance and Bonuses?
Once your account is closed, any remaining account balance, cashback, rakeback, or bonus payments will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure all transactions and bonuses are fully completed before submitting a closure request.

How Long Does the Account Closure Process Take?
Account closure requests can take up to 24 hours to be processed. Your account will remain open until you receive written confirmation from our support team that it has been successfully closed.

Can I Cancel My Account Closure Request?
You can cancel your closure request by contacting customer support before the closure has been confirmed in writing. Once the closure is confirmed, it cannot be undone.

What Happens if My Account Is Not Closed After Confirmation?
If your account remains open after it has been confirmed as closed, it is your responsibility to notify us promptly. Failure to do so will result in any deposits or wagers made being considered legitimate and non-refundable.

Can I Reopen My Account After Closure?
Yes, after a mandatory 24-hour cool-off period, you can request to reopen your account. 

Are There Any Restrictions on Custom Closure Periods?
Players cannot set custom closure periods. The closure process is standardized, and accounts can only be reopened after the 24-hour cool-off period.
