Why is progress not moving?
The invitee may be playing games with tags not listed in the Contribution cong (counts as 0%). Progress criteria (sportsbook) might be higher than actual activity.
One reward issued but not the other—why?
Check that both rewards are correctly linked in the Basic cong.
Verify enablement and any program caps.
Can we change contribution rates later?
Yes. Changes apply going forward. We will not recalculate historic progress.
How do we pause the program but keep UI?
Turn Soft enablement OFF for event listener and no more progress will show, no more invites will be connected.
Turn Soft enablement OFF for reward worker and progress will continue for all users, new users will be connected but no rewards will be payed out.
